About the Role
Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and dedicated All Rounder to join our dynamic team in the food service industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for food preparation, excellent customer service skills, and a flexible approach to various restaurant duties. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling multiple responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering an exceptional dining experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a variety of food items in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Operate POS systems, including square & wix POS, efficiently and accurately for order processing and cash handling.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, assisting guests with menu selections and inquiries.
• Manage cashier duties, including processing payments and upselling menu items to enhance sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Handle food safely during preparation and serving, following proper hygiene protocols.
• Assist in kitchen tasks such as food handling, basic cooking, and plating as needed.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Support team members in various roles including serving, cleaning, or restocking supplies as required.

Requirements
Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required
Familiarity with POS systems / intrest in learning and adapting.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Effective cash handling and cashiering abilities with basic math skills for accurate transactions
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of sanitation practices and proper food handling procedures
Kitchen experience or background in the food industry is advantageous
Upselling skills to promote menu items and increase sales
